The Whole Enchihuahua took place in Dolores Park yesterday, with dozens of pooches competing in a costume contest. The SF SPCA hosted the festivities to raise awareness that chihuahuas are disproportionately represented in shelters and to help get some of them adopted. There were also adoption booths for cats and bunnies, an Ask-A-Vet section and a chihuahua meetup.
