We’re having a fundraising event on June 22, and you’re invited!

Oh, what an evening Mission Loc@l has planned for you … we’ll reveal details shortly, but first things first — it’s time to mark your calendars.

It’s happening June 22, starting at 8 p.m. at 780 Café, at 780 Valencia St. between 18th and 19th.

We’re hosting the event to help raise desperately needed funds for Mission Loc@l. As a nonprofit community news site, we’re always working hard to keep the lights on and bring Mission residents in-depth coverage of our neighborhood. However small the donation (it’s only $5 at the door), it will be appreciated, and it helps. So come mingle with our reporters, have a drink and tell us what’s on your mind.
