The San Francisco Police Department reports that Roberto Marty, until recently a San Francisco school bus driver, is being held on two charges of committing lewd acts with a child under 14 years of age.

Police report that the two victims — 11-year-old girls with special needs — were passengers on Marty’s bus. Marty, who drove a bus for 17 years, was taken into custody yesterday. Police are looking for anyone else whose child may have been a victim.
