		<description><![CDATA[We just love being surveilled, don&#039;t we?  As a green card user, I&#039;ll now have to have a clipper card that is tagged to my ID.  BART (read any &quot;official&quot; agency that asks) can know when and where I go, anytime it wants to check.  With the green card, all that&#039;s known is that whoever bought it showed that they were a certain age.  I can even sell my spare green card to a friend who forgot to buy one.  (It&#039;s happened.)  But I&#039;m showing my age: basic privacy is so last century.]]></description>
