We’ve all seen the Star of David while walking south on Lapidge toward 3535 19th Street, which was once Temple B’nai David. It closed in 1978, but the building remains, now a wonderfully elegant suite of apartments inhabited by artists and other creators.

Thanks! I’ve been curious about that building for 20 years, but have never heard any of its history. I just wish there were more pictures!
