    Why do you name the race of the attacker but not of the victim? Why mention race at all unless it’s relevant or is part of a detailed description?

    • Steve: Thank you for your comment. You’re right. Generally we would put ethnicity into an article on crime if we had a full description of a suspect–height, weight, age, facial hair etc–that might help. But this is so general that I should have caught it and edited it out. We’ve made the correction. Best, Lydia
