Yay, I see the caption in Firefox now. Thanks. Looking forward to seeing the new site. Have you considered using Drupal? It's very flexible and would suit this site nicely.

BEn: You are probably looking at it in Safari--and nothing appears. You're looking at the construction on Valencia Street and here is the link to the story
http://missionlocal.org/2009/09/valencia-streetscape-improvement-project-derails-business/
We've hacked our word press theme to death and so we've created some of these problems, but the design team here will be rolling out our new design to take care of all. In the meantime, we've been giving the link to the main story in Today's Mission--but you're right, it's disconcerting to go to the page and see no caption. We hope all of these problems are resolved in the next week with our new design. Stay tuned. And thank you for letting us know...we agree...very irritating. Best, Lydia Chavez

It would be nice if your font page's main image related to a story or had a caption or something to let the reader know what they're looking at. So ? What is that image of a road being torn up? Story please?

thanks
